FOOD DONATION GUIDELINES
All food donated must be HALAL certified
Free Food For All accepts perishable and nonperishable food items from those who wishes to donate to our organisation. We distribute the food items to our food aid clients nationwide. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of food safety.

For food safety reasons, Free Food For All can only accept all food donations with the following guidelines. To donate food, it should be minimum of 2 weeks prior to expiration date. Free Food For All will not accept food past its expiration date.

DONATIONS WE CAN ACCEPT
PERISHABLE FOODS
Storage: chilled temperature is 5°C or less; frozen is 0°C or less
Packaging: securely sealed; items packaged separately
We will refuse:

Packaging that has been damaged, punctured or the seal has been broken

Food that has not been held at the proper temperature​
BAKED GOODS
Storage: cool & dry
Packaging: packed in bags or boxes
We will refuse:

Stale/hard bread
-
Mold
FRESH PRODUCE
Storage: temperature is cool & dry (varies based on product)
Packaging: packed in bags or boxes
We will refuse:

Product showing significant decay or odour
-
Product showing signs of mishandling
DRY GOODS/SHELF STABLE ITEMS
Storage: temperature is cool & dry
Packaging: food must be in their intact, original packaging
We will refuse:

Packaging that has been damaged or the seal has been broken

Product showing signs of leakage or bulging
DONATIONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Cooked food/meals (food that has been heated/reheated)

Food that has previously been served to the public (food from a serving/buffet line, etc.)

Alcohol or food prepared with alcohol

Infant milk formula from 0 - 6 months in support of breastfeeding as per MOH guideline

Food not prepared in a commercial, regulated, or licensed kitchen

Food that are open, have a broken seal, or show signs of tampering
-
Food that have been held at improper temperatures
