Bubor Asyura Distribution

Updated: Sep 18, 2020

During the first month of the Islamic Calendar, Muharram, Muslims cook Bubor Asyura to commemorate this time of the year when people in a town in the Middle East were suffering from famine 1400 years ago. Bubor Asyura is cooked in large quantities to be shared on the 10th day of Muharram to represent gratefulness and foster good relationships among the community.

Free Food For All distributed more than 1000 Bubor Asyura to our beneficiaries across 7 locations in Singapore. It's heartwarming to see the smiles on their faces. Not to forget our volunteers for the help and support!
